Overview
The Georgia Patent Agents Continuum is a space where the IP community in Georgia comes together across disciplines. It’s less about formal networking and more about creating room for real exchange—between legal, technical, and business perspectives that don’t usually sit at the same table.

At its core, it’s a place to stay connected to how innovation and IP are evolving, through the people working on it day to day.

Who it’s for
Professionals working at different points along the innovation journey—patent attorneys, agents, technical advisors, researchers, licensing teams, and others involved in moving ideas from concept to protection to commercialization.

The mix matters. Different roles tend to see different parts of the same problem, and bringing those views together makes the conversation more useful.

What we do
The Continuum creates space for interaction rather than one-way programming. Conversations focus on what people are actually seeing in their work—emerging technologies, shifts in patent strategy, and the realities of bridging technical and legal thinking.

There’s an emphasis on sharing approaches, not just outcomes—what’s being tried, what’s working, and what still feels unresolved. Over time, those exchanges tend to build connections that go beyond a single meeting.

What you gain
IP work rarely happens in isolation, yet many professionals still operate in silos. Bringing different perspectives into the same conversation helps close that gap.

The value comes from participation—listening to how others approach similar challenges and contributing your own experience back to the group. That ongoing exchange helps people stay grounded, adaptable, and better connected to how the broader IP ecosystem is shifting.
