Springposium
Overview
IP Springposium is a one-day program designed for focused learning, peer exchange, and practical insight into the evolving IP landscape. It combines continuing education with space for honest conversations about how the IP landscape is shifting—and what that means in practice.
Who is it for?
A mix of professionals across the IP ecosystem, including in-house counsel, junior lawyers building their path, experienced private practitioners, patent agents, and others working closely with IP.
The value comes from that mix. Different perspectives—across roles and levels of experience—tend to make the conversations more relevant and grounded.
What we do:
Sessions are led by practitioners, but the real dynamic comes from the interaction around them. Discussions focus on what people are actually seeing in their work—emerging trends, evolving client expectations, and practical approaches that are being tested in real time.
There is a balance between structured content and space to engage with peers, compare approaches, and challenge assumptions.
What you gain
Acquire practical, practice-ready insight into current and emerging IP issues through expert-led sessions and peer exchange.
Leave with actionable insights and strengthened professional connections.
Beyond CLE hours, the day creates an opportunity to step back, listen to different perspectives, and contribute your own. That exchange is what gives the program its real value—and helps strengthen the broader IP community over time
