The potential ban of non-competes has brought trade secret risk management to the forefront as a critical business issue for every company. As such, the Georgia Intellectual Property Alliance (GIPA) and the US Intellectual Property Alliance (USIPA) are hosting a roundtable discussion called, “Trade Secrets 101: Why this is urgent now” supported by Greenberg Traurig and Crown Jewel Insurance.
