The 15th Annual Corporate Intellectual Property Institute® (CIPI) was hosted by the Georgia Intellectual Property Alliance and returned to Georgia State University College of Law to help in-house corporate counsel, local IP leaders, seasoned academics and lawyers at the top of the profession share knowledge and collect more than a dozen CLE credits for the effort.

For two full days on October 29 – 30, 2019, approximately 150 participants and over 30 corporate IP professionals shared tremendous insights on how their companies protect and maximize the value of their IP. Many sessions challenged and provoked discussion, including an introduction to Patent Quality Artificial intelligence, an upcoming initiative driven by GIPA in concert with industry and US patent stakeholders around the globe.

Thank you to our trusted CIPI sponsors: Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP, Eversheds, Merchant & Gould P.C., Lee & Hayes, P.C., Aon, Troutman Sanders LLP, and Lewis Brisbois.

Special thanks to Chairs Chason Carroll, Jeff Kuester, and Perry Binder for 13 great years of teamwork, collaboration, and leadership, as well as planner Anna Agrow, CMP for her team’s continued excellent coordination of this event!
