We have four Sponsorship levels from which to choose: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Please see below for donation levels and associated benefits for each, and remember all sponsorship donations count toward establishing or increasing you or your firm’s status as a GIPA Founder. Advertisement or congratulatory message in the program brochure and rolling display

Congratulatory messages are a great way to congratulate an award winner by personalizing your message in recognition of his or her accomplishment. The program brochure is an excellent keepsake of the event. In addition to congratulatory messages and advertisements, the program brochure includes profiles of our honorees, highlights from some of GIPA’s annual events, and more. Sponsors will receive a hard copy of the program brochure before the virtual awards ceremony.

  • Half-page Advertisement or Congratulatory Message: Your advertisement or congratulatory message will be one-half of a 5 in. x 7 in. page in the brochure page.

  • Full-page Advertisement or Congratulatory Message: Your advertisement or congratulatory message will be a full 5 in. x 7 in. page in the program brochure.

  • Rolling Display: Your advertisement or congratulatory message will be displayed in the virtual meeting room for the event before the program begins.

Virtual Stage Recognition

Sponsors will be verbally recognized and appreciated during the virtual awards ceremony.

Distinguished virtual stage recognition

Sponsors will be verbally recognized and appreciated as a leading sponsor and partner of the event during the virtual awards ceremony.

Name and logo on event marketing materials

Your organization’s name and logo will be included on marketing materials for the event as a sponsor of the IP Community Service Awards.

Wall plaque commemoration

Sponsors will receive a wall plaque as a commemoration of the event.

Lunch/Dinner and Tour with Coach Bill Curry

The work done by the 2020 GIPA IP Community Service Award winners is invaluable. Accordingly, GIPA wants to reward the lead sponsors of the 2020 ceremony with an extra thank you that is similarly priceless. Each top tier sponsor can designate two people to attend a private lunch/dinner at the Bold Monk Brewing Co. with football playing, coaching, and commentating legend Bill Curry. (Bill is also a GIPA IP Legend, class of 2012.) Lunch/dinner with Bill will include a personal tour of Bill’s office with memorabilia sure to give goosebumps to any longtime football fan. Lunch/dinner attendees will all receive an autographed copy of Bill’s book, Ten Men You Meet in the Huddle. To ensure plenty of one-on-one time with Bill, no lunch/dinner will include more than six sponsors/attendees. Please note the timing of the lunch/dinner will be contingent upon the pandemic status during the latter months of 2020 and beginning months of 2021.
